REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We stand behind every AQVO product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund of the product purchase price.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email hello@aqvoaustralia.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return the product in its original packaging. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
4. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.
REPLACEMENT FILTER CARTRIDGES
Opened or used replacement filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
