Every review is collected through Judge.me, an independent review platform, and published as written — we don't edit, cherry-pick or remove the critical ones. Where Judge.me can match a review to an order it carries a “Verified” badge; the rest are published either way.
Two things worth knowing: shower-filter reviews are shared across the Silver, Matte Black and Gold pages because the filter inside is identical. And some early reviews came from customers who bought directly from us before the website launched — Judge.me can't mark those as verified purchases, and we don't pretend otherwise.
